Turnkey Installation

The basis of any successful signage deployment rests on the backbone of its infrastructure. X2O’s team of highly skilled technical support representatives will work with you to appropriate the correct computer systems needed to launch a hassle-free digital signage network, and build these systems according to your specifications. Systems built at X2O are fully configured and tested for several days prior to them leaving our facility to ensure maximum performance and reliability, and minimal support concerns.  Our goal is to instill confidence in your purchase. Once you receive your digital signage equipment, all you’ll need to do is plug in, turn on, and play.


Training

Designed to work seamlessly within the Microsoft PowerPoint interface, Xpresenter is one of the most easy-to-use digital signage authoring tools available on the market. For basic authoring, using Xpresenter is as easy as dragging and dropping text, clipart, images, or PowerPoint shapes onto the PowerPoint canvas.  If you are familiar with PowerPoint, you can use Xpresenter.

In situations where you require more out of your digital signage system, X2O provides advanced training and support packages that are clear and structured in a clear and concise way.  The training material presented is designed to help you get the most out of your Xpresenter system, in the shortest amount of time.

Once a X2O representative completes their hands-on training with you, a coursebook is provided so that you can review and material, practice, and even become Xpresenter experts yourself!


Support & Maintenance

Xpresenter support is quite robust, and includes tools such as an internet support forum, direct email, phone support, and more!  When purchasing Xpresenter, you are entitled to the following:

  • 1-year free patch updates

Separate yearly maintenance contracts are also available for purchase and entitle you to the following additional services:
